In this action, EPA proposed to revise certain testing methods that are approved or required under Subtitle C of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as well as add several new testing methods that can be used to comply with the RCRA requirements. The Agency also proposed to make specified Quality Control procedures mandatory for all testing conducted under the hazardous waste regulations of RCRA.
