Federal Register Notice: Proposed Rule on the Standards Applicable to Generators of Hazardous Waste and Owners and Operators of Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities

In this action, EPA proposed amendments to its hazardous waste regulations under Subtitle C of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). These amendments intended to replace annual reporting requirements for hazardous waste generators and owners and operators of hazardous waste management facilities with a biennial survey of representative samples of those populations.
