In the preambles to several regulations, EPA noted that the information collection requirements were under review at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq., those provisions are not effective until OMB approval has been obtained. In this notice, EPA announced the approval of these information requirements by OMB. In conformance with this approval, the Agency would include the OMB control number in the body of the rule.
