Federal Register Notice: Technical Correction to Final Codification Rule

This document provides a technical correction to the July 15, 1985 Final Codification Rule in which EPA amended its hazardous waste regulations to incorporate statutory revisions under the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments of 1984. EPA amended the biennial report regulations to make the biennial waste minimization report applicable to all generators of hazardous waste.
