In December 2017, EPA issued a final federal portion of a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) permit in connection with the hazardous waste management operations at INEOS USA LLC located in Lima, Ohio (RCRA identification number OHD 042 157 644). Specifically, this permit addresses air emission standards for equipment leaks, tanks and containers. This permit contains the applicable federal RCRA requirements for the facility. The Permittee also has a state RCRA permit which contains the requirements issued by the State of Ohio's RCRA program, authorized under Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 271.
