In September 2008, EPA issued the federal portion of a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) permit in connection with the hazardous waste management operations at the OGM Ltd. doing business as Clean Water Ltd., formerly known as Perma-Fix of Dayton, Inc., located in Dayton, Ohio (RCRA identification number OHD 004 274 031). The RCRA permit consists of both this permit, which contains the effective Federal RCRA permit conditions, and the effective State RCRA permit conditions issued by the State of Ohio's RCRA program authorized under Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 271.
