In June 2014, EPA issued the federal portion of a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) permit in connection with the hazardous waste management operations at Veolia ES Technical Solutions, LLC located in West Carrollton, Ohio (RCRA identification number OHD 093 945 293). Specifically, this permit addresses air emission standards for process vents; equipment leaks; and tanks, containers, and miscellaneous units. The RCRA permit contains the applicable federal RCRA permit conditions for the facility. The Permittee also has a state RCRA permit which contains conditions issued by the state of Ohio's RCRA program authorized under Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 271.
