The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 7 announces a Record of Decision (ROD) for the PCE Former Dry Cleaner Superfund Site. The selected remedy is Alternative 2 – Continued Operation of the Groundwater Extraction and Treatment System (GETS), Institutional Controls (ICs), and groundwater monitoring. EPA finalized the ROD on Sept. 28, 2020.
