Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)

Can I smoke outside on the school grounds?

Many campuses have become 100% smoke-free and do not allow smoking either inside the building or anywhere on the grounds of the facility. You should check with your school administrator, local school board or health department to determine if smoking is allowed. If schools choose to allow smoking, outside smoking areas should be positioned away from the doors, operable windows, and outside air intakes.
