Inert Reassessment Document for Oxalic Acid - CAS No. 144-62-7

Oxalic acid is used as an analytical regent. It is also used in textile finishing; in metal, wood or equipment cleaning; in bleaching straw (hats) and leather; in removing paint, varnish, rust or ink stains; in dye manufacturing; in chemical synthesis; and in the paper, ceramics, photographic and rubber industries.
