EPA will hold a virtual public hearing on the Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) Clean Air Act Section 184(c) Recommendation. The hearing will take place on Tuesday, February 2 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m (Eastern Time).

Comments may also be submitted in the official docket.

If you would like to listen or speak at the virtual public hearing, please complete the form below no later than January 29. EPA will contact all registered speakers on February 1 with their speaking slot. Call-in information for all attendees will be emailed prior to the hearing.
