Children's Privacy and Children's Copyright Policy

This document establishes the policy for protecting the privacy of children on the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) public access websites and the EPA Intranet, specifically addressing the collection, both online and offline, of information from children under the age of 13, and the display of personally identifiable information (PII) about children on the website.
