Data Exchange Procedure

The purpose of the Data Exchange Procedure is to establish requirements and responsibilities for the electronic collection and exchange of environmental information, including regulatory and non-regulatory data, by all core mission segments of the EPA Enterprise Architecture. The procedures promote standardized methods and technologies to improve business processes and data quality, reduce burden on Agency partners and increase the return on investment for information technology projects.
