The Essential Products and Services; Recommendations to Increase Coordination and Performance Report identifies and provides corporate recommendations on increasing coordination and performance. The major focuses of this report are to characterize the broad range of functional products and services provided by the Laboratory Enterprise; establish a baseline set of activities from which EPA can assess trends in the future; qualitatively assess the value of the products and services; and evaluate whether there are areas that present opportunities for corporate recommendations for improvements.
