Starr Ranch Renewable Energy Feasibility Study

Starr Ranch Renewable Energy Success Story (2011) summarizes the property history and highlights the feasibility analysis to determine renewable energy options for the refurbishment and revitalization of the historic Starr Ranch building located within the Caddo Lake National Wildlife Refuge in Karnack, Texas. Renewable Energy Options Feasibility Study – Starr Ranch/Longhorn Munitions Superfund Site (2010) contains the complete feasibility analysis.
