Success Story: Forging a New Path to the Waterfront

EPA’s Land Revitalization Program provided technical assistance to reconnect the city of Shreveport, La. to Cross Bayou through the cleanup and redevelopment of a scrapyard. Assistance included development of a Strategic Action Plan on next steps.
