Success Story: Former Golf Course to Provide Lakeside Housing and Community Services

EPA’s Land Revitalization Program provided technical assistance to transform a former golf course into housing and community service facilities in Lakeland, FL. Assistance included development of a land revitalization plan with viable short-term uses, specific action strategies, and planning-level redevelopment cost estimates.
