Success Story: A Gateway to Revitalization

EPA’s Land Revitalization Program provided technical assistance for a transportation infrastructure improvement strategy for the Monaca Borough, Pa. Assistance included development of a land use and transportation improvement plan for the Monaca downtown corridor.
