EPA Implementation of Executive Order 13783: Promoting Energy Independence and Economic Growth

Executive Order 13783 (82 FR 16093, March 31, 2017), "Promoting Energy Independence and Economic Growth," directed federal agencies to review actions that may burden the development or use of domestically produced energy resources. Agencies were required to draft a report detailing this review that includes recommendations for reducing unnecessary regulatory burdens.
