L'Anse Warden Section 114 Information Request - April 1, 2016

Request to provide information pursuant to the Clean Air Act Section 114.

EPA issued a Section 114 Information Request to L'Anse Warden Electric Company for information about the facility at 157 South Main Street, L'Anse, Michigan to determine whether the emission source is complying with the CAA and the Michigan State Implementation Plan and Renewable Operating Permit Number Ml-ROP-B4260-2011.
