EPA’s Nov. 30, 2020 decision to partially approve and partially disapprove Missouri’s 2020 303(d) List submission
EPA disapproves the state’s decision not to list 40 water bodies, because the existing and readily available data and information for those water bodies indicate impairments of lake numeric nutrient criteria for chlorophyll-a (W).
