The Summary Reporter does not work when you choose the Emission Rate calculation in the Scale panel. It only works with the Inventory calculation selection. The emission rates that you generated are found in the RatePerDistance, RatePerProfile and RatePerVehicle tables in your output database.

You can view these tables and export them to spreadsheets using the MySQL Query Browser application.
