In accordance with the Harmful Algal Bloom and Hypoxia Research and Control Amendments Act of 2014, these Reports to Congress describes the progress made through activities directed by the Hypoxia Task Force toward attainment of the goals of the Gulf Hypoxia Action Plan 2008. The reports are released biennially, starting in 2015. The second and most recent report was released in 2017.
