This document outlines emerging opportunities for potential short- and long-term collaborative work between the Hypoxia Task Force and land grant universities organized through the Southern Extension and Research Activities Committee Number 46 (SERA-46) committeeEXIT. The first version of this document was released in May 2015. It was updated subsequently in September 2017 and May 2018 to reflect evolving priorities and to include the accomplishments of SERA-46 to date.
