The Methane Challenge Program Partnership Agreement for the Best Management Practice (BMP) Commitment Option is completed by companies interested in joining the Methane Challenge Program through company-wide implementation of BMPs to reduce methane emissions from key sources.

The second document, "Appendix A", should only be completed by companies that joined the Program at the corporate level and wish to make separate commitments for their subsidiaries/LDCs. These companies should fill out a separate Appendix A table for each Subsidiary/LDC that will have separate commitments.
