Regulatory Flexibility for Small Entities

The Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA), as amended by the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act (SBREFA), provides small entities with an expanded opportunity to participate in the development of certain regulations. The RFA defines "small entity" as a small business, small organization, or small governmental jurisdiction. This website provides information about how EPA involves small entities in rulemakings that are likely to impact them.
