EPA Region 5 Environmental Information Document Template

For Special Appropriation Grants from Congress, EPA Region 5 strongly advises grant applicants to complete the environmental review process before beginning construction. This environmental information document template is used by Special Appropriation Project grant applicants to provide information about the proposed project located in EPA Region 5.
