2007 NPDES General Permits for Aquaculture and Associated Fish Processing Facilities in the Upper Snake-Rock in Idaho

Permittees: Because of COVID-19 response, access to the Region 10 EPA building is limited. Until further notice, please send Notices of Intent (NOIs), updated NOIs, and any other permit-related notices (e.g., notice to transfer or terminate coverage) to Lisa Kusnierz (kusnierz.lisa@epa.gov). Please attach compliance-related and enforcement-related notices or reports to Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) submittals in NetDMR if this option is available, or otherwise submit to Jason Rodriguez (rodriguez.jason@epa.gov).

Below are EPA's 2007 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permits and supporting documents for aquaculture and associated fish processing facilities discharging within the Upper Snake-Rock subbasin in southern Idaho.

  • Permit numbers: IDG130000 & IDG132000
  • Effective date: December 1, 2007
  • Modified: December 21, 2009
  • Permits expire: November 30, 2012 (administratively continued)

Note: Facilities previously covered under the 2007 IDG130000 general permit who are discharging outside of the Upper Snake-Rock subbasin should now apply for coverage under IDG131000, which was reissued in 2019. Additionally, IDG131000 was split into two permits based on whether facilities are located outside of the Upper Snake-Rock subbasin (IDG131000) or within Indian Country in Idaho (IDG133000). See 2019 NPDES General Permits for Aquaculture Facilities in Idaho (IDG131000 & IDG13300).
