Bad River Band WWTP - New Odanah NPDES Permit in Wisconsin

Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Tribe of Chippewa Indians is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from the treatment facility operated by Bad River Utilities designated as the Bad River Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 54173 Birch Street, Bad River Indian Reservation, New Odanah, Ashland County, Wisconsin (E ½ of SE ¼ of Section 30, T48N, R2W), to the Bad River, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
