Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from a treatment facility designated as the Big Sand Lake/West Hertel WWTP located on the St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin Reservation near Hertel, Wisconsin, to an unnamed wetland on the Reservation. In accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
