Bois Forte – Lake Vermillion, Wastewater Treatment Ponds NPDES Permit in Minnesota

Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from the treatment facility operated by the Bois Forte Public Works Department located at the Lake Vermilion Sector of the Bois Forte Indian Reservation, St. Louis County, Tower, Minn., designated as the Bois Forte Lake Vermilion Wastewater Treatment Ponds discharging to a wetland area that drains to Pike Bay, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
