Summary
In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from the treatment facility operated by the Bois Forte Public Works Department located on the Bois Forte Indian Reservation, St. Louis County, Nett Lake, Minnesota (S ½ of Section 18, T65N, R21W), designated as the Nett Lake Wastewater Stabilization Lagoon, discharging to a wetland area that drains to Nett Lake, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
