Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Forest County Potawatomi Community is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from a treatment facility operated by Potawatomi Utility Department, designated as the Carter Aerated Wastewater Lagoon, located within the Forest County Potawatomi Indian Reservation, on Highway 32 South, near Carter, Wisconsin, to a wetland on the Reservation, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
