Great Lakes Gas Transmission Limited Partnership

Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Great Lakes Gas Transmission Limited Partnership is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge to waters of the United States (U.S.) discharges of storm water, trench water, and hydrostatic test water resulting from activities associated with the operation and maintenance of its natural gas pipeline system located within parts of the Leech Lake Indian Reservation (Cass and Itasca Counties) and the Fond du Lac Indian Reservation (St. Louis and Carlton Counties) within Minnesota, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
