In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Authority, a subsidiary ofthe Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Tribe ofPottawatomi Indians a/k/a The Gun Lake Tribe is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from the Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Authority Wastewater Treatment Facility located on land held in trust for the Gun Lake Tribe, 1123 129th Avenue, Wayland, Michigan, Allegan County to Buskirk Creek, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
