Hannahville Indian Community Wastewater Treatment Plant NPDES Permit MI-0057366-4

Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Hannahville Indian Community is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from a facility operated by the Water Operations Department designated as the Hannahville Indian Community Wastewater Treatment Plant located W374 Wandahsega Lane within the Hannahville Indian Reservation, Menominee County, Harris, Michigan (the South ½ of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 12, and the North ½ of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of the Section 12, Township 38N, Range 25W), to a wetland which is part of the Depas Creek watershed, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
