Hannahville Indian Community WWTP


Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Hannahville Indian Community is authorized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from a facility operated by the Water Operations Department designated as the Hannahville Indian Community Wastewater Treatment Plant located within the Hannahville Indian Reservation. Menominee County, Harris Township, Michigan, to a wetland which flows into Depas Creek, i n accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
