Isabella Reservation Wastewater Treatment Plant

Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from a treatment facility operated by the Saginaw Chippewa Public Works Department designated as the Isabella Reservation Wastewater Treatment Plant located on the Isabella Reservation, 7375 East Tomah Road, Mt. Pleasant Michigan, Isabella County (the S.E. quarter of the N.W. quarter of Section 20, Township 14N, Range 3W) to an unnamed tributary to Onion Creek, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
