Lac Courte Oreilles Reserve Lagoon NPDES Permit


Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians is authorized by the United States Environmnental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from a treatment facility operated by the Lac Courte Oreilles Public Works Department designated as the LCO Reserve Lagoon located within the Lac Courte Oreilles Indian Reservation. Reserve, Wisconsin. Sawyer County to a unnamed wetland within the Reservation, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
