In compliance with the provisions of the Clean \Vater Act, as amended, Menominee Tribal Enterprises, a business of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, is authorized by the,United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge wastewater from a timber processing facility located on the Menominee Indian Reservation in Wisconsin, Menominee County to receiving waters named Neopit Mill Pond and the West Branch of the Wolf River, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
