ln compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin is authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from a treatment facility operated bv Menominee Tribal Utilities, designated as the Neopit Wastewater Treatment Facility located within the Menominee Indian Reservation, Menominee County, Neopit, Wisconsin to groundwater via seepage cells to Tourtillotte Creek, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
