NPDES General Permit for Offshore Seafood Processors in Alaska

Permittees: Because of COVID-19 response, access to the Region 10 EPA building is limited. Until further notice, please send Notices of Intent (NOIs), updated NOIs, and any other permit-related notices (e.g., notice to transfer or terminate coverage) to Sally Goodman (goodman.sally@epa.gov). Please attach compliance-related and enforcement-related notices or reports to Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) submittals in NetDMR if this option is available, or otherwise submit to Jason Rodriguez (rodriguez.jason@epa.gov).

Below are EPA's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit and supporting documents for seafood processors operating and discharging in federal waters off the coast of Alaska.
