NPDES Permit for Charlo Wastewater Treatment Facility in Montana

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number MT-0022551, the Charlo Wastewater Treatment Facility is authorized to discharge from its wastewater treatment facility located in the SW ¼ of Section 5, T19N, R20W, latitude 47.429444° N and longitude 114.175555° W, Lake County, Montana to an unnamed  tributary to Dublin Gulch in accordance with  discharge point(s), effluent limitations,  monitoring requirements and other conditions set  forth herein. Authorization for discharge is  limited to those outfalls specifically listed in the  permit.
