NPDES Permit for Flathead Lake Biological Station Wastewater Treatment Facility in Montana

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number MT0023388, the University of Montana is authorized to discharge from its Flathead Lake Biological Station wastewater treatment facility located in the NE ¼ of Section 4, Township 24 N, Range 19 W and SE ¼ of Section 32, Township 25 N, Range 19 W Latitude 47.877041, and Longitude 114.034871 W, Flathead Reservation, Lake County, Montana, to Flathead Lake in accordance with discharge point(s), effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth herein. Authorization for discharge is limited to those outfalls specifically listed in the Permit.
