NPDES Permit for Fort Carson Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System in Colorado

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number CO-R042001, Fort Carson is authorized to discharge from all municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) outfalls to receiving waters which include B-Ditch, Clover Ditch, Infantry Creek, Rock Creek, and other waters of the United States within the exterior boundaries of Fort Carson in El Paso County, Colorado.
