NPDES Permit for Grand River Casino and Resort Wastewater Treatment Facility in South Dakota

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number SD-0034752, the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe's Grand River Casino and Resort is authorized to discharge from its wastewater treatment facility located in the SE 1/4 of Section 35, Township 19 N, Range 29 E, latitude 45.56141 °N and longitude 100.506885 °W, Corson County, South Dakota to, an unnamed dry tributary to Claymore Creek which discharges into an inlet of Lake Oahe in accordance with discharge point(s), effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth herein. Authorization for discharge is limited to those outfalls specifically listed in the Permit.
