NPDES Permit for MHA Interpretive Center Wastewater Treatment Facility in North Dakota

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number ND0031160, The Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara (MHA) Nation Public Works is authorized to discharge from its MHA Interpretive Center wastewater treatment facility located in the SW1/4 of NW1/4 of Section 21, Township 152N, Range 93W, latitude 47.973600° N and longitude 102.595200° W, McKenzie County, North Dakota, to Missouri River in accordance with discharge point(s), effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth herein. Authorization for discharge is limited to those outfalls specifically listed in the Permit.
