NPDES Permit for NIST Boulder Laboratories Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System in Colorado

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number CO-R042002, the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is authorized to discharge from all municipal separate storm sewer (MS4) outfalls existing as of the  effective date of this permit to receiving  waters which include Skunk Creek and  Anderson Ditch and other associated waters of the United States within the exterior  boundaries of the Department of Commerce, Boulder Laboratories in the City of Boulder, Colorado.
