Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number MT-0030791, the Northern Border Pipeline Company is authorized to discharge from locations along the Northern Border Gas Transmission Pipeline located within the exterior boundaries of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation, Valley and Roosevelt Counties, Montana, to waters of the United States located within the exterior boundaries of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation.
