NPDES Permit for U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Park Center Well in Colorado

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number CO-0035017, the U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management is authorized to discharge from its Park Center Well located in the SW ¼ SW ¼ Section 34, Cooper Mountain Quadrangle, Latitude 38.52128° N and Longitude 105.214424° W, Fremont County, Colorado, to Fourmile Creek in accordance with discharge point(s), effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth herein. Authorization for discharge is limited to those outfalls specifically listed in the Permit.
